Quarterly Business Meeting

The meeting was held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Plano on
Jupiter Road in Plano, Texas at 12:00 on Saturday the 17th of December.
6 members were in attendance; the vice-President was in the chair. 
The minutes of the previous meeting were unavailable for reading.

The following officers reported: Shannon Croft – Treasurer

The following motions were adopted unanimously:
	Creating a website forum for our members
	Changing HCNT to HFNT in our bylaws
	Becoming a member affiliate of the Atheist Alliance International

The following motions were tabled:
	Canceling the lists on the website/email server

By acclamation, the following officers were elected for 2006:
	President               Joe Kleehammer
	Vice President      Steven Morris
	Secretary               Shannon Croft
	Treasurer               Sherry Karr
	Historian               David Wallace Croft
	Webmaster            Travis Karr
