Minutes of the Humanist Church of North Texas
Quarterly Business Meeting

The quarterly business meeting of the Humanist Church of North
Texas (HCNT) was held on Saturday, June 19th, 2004, about 16:30,
at the residence of John and Shelly Hattan in Southlake, Texas,
a quorum being present with 4 members in attendance.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

New Business

The following four motions were adopted unanimously:

* To meet for the next 6 months at either the Oak Cliff UU,
the Denton UU, or an alternate site such as a restaurant,
in that priority order, depending upon availability.

* To adopt as the Beliefs of the Humanist Church the document
authored by Cynthia Keaton.

* To adopt as our initial Bylaws the third draft of the
document edited by David Wallace Croft.

* To accept Shannon Kristine Croft as a Member of the Church.

The meeting was adjourned about 16:50.
