The quarterly business meeting of the Humanist Church of North Texas
(HCNT) was held on Saturday, March 20th, 2004, at 13:30, in Denton,
Texas, a quorum being present with 4 members in attendance. The minutes
of the previous meeting were approved as read.

Officer Reports

Cynthia Keaton, Treasurer, reported that we had $45 in the treasury.

David Wallace Croft, Secretary, reported that he was working on a bylaws
draft.

New Business

A motion was made, seconded, and adopted to limit voting to the
quarterly business meetings.

David Croft moved that Randolfe Wicker become a Member of the Humanist
Church. The motion was adopted unanimously.

The meet was adjourned.
