The quarterly business meeting of the Humanist Church of North Texas
(HCNT) was held on Saturday, December 20th, 2003, at 12:30, in Denton,
Texas, a quorum being present.

David Croft moved that John Hattan be appointed Vice Chair. The motion
was adopted unanimously.

David Croft moved that quorum for a quarterly business meeting be
two-thirds (2/3) of the attendance at the previous quarterly business
meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously.

David Croft moved that the HCNT sign a rental agreement with the DUUF
for another six months. The motion was adopted unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned.
