Article VIL This constitution of the Graduate Student Council will remain in effect in its critirity unless amended. Amendment of this constitution will be by plurality agreement of the representatives and any amendments will be announced at the next meeting of the GSC. 

Article VIH. In the event of dissolution of the Graduate Student Council, any funds belonging to the GSC will be donated to The University of Texas at Dallas McDermott Library for the purchase of periodicals and books.
